# FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE 勘误

## 3 未解决问题

（2004 年 10 月 31 日）[re(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=re\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 和 [em(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=em\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 驱动程序在高负载下可能表现不佳。特别是，有报告称 IBM ThinkPad T40 上的 [em(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=em\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 在此类条件下会锁定。

（2004 年 10 月 31 日）当使用 [pf(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=pf\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 和 [ipfw(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=ipfw\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 中的用户/组规则子句时，加载器可调参数 `debug.mpsafenet` 必须设置为 `0`（默认为 `1`）。例如，以下规则会受到影响：

（2004 年 10 月 31 日，2004 年 11 月 12 日更新）[vinum(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=vinum\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 子系统在 5.3 上可以工作，但在引导时可能引发系统恐慌。作为变通方案，你可以在 **/boot/loader.conf** 中添加 `vinum_load="YES"`。

作为替代方案，你也可以使用基于 [geom(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=geom\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 的新 [vinum(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=vinum\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 子系统。要在引导时激活支持 [geom(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=geom\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 的 vinum，请在 **/boot/loader.conf** 中添加 `geom_vinum_load="YES"`，并移除 **/etc/rc.conf** 中的 `start_vinum="YES"`（如果存在）。

虽然某些不常见的配置（如一块磁盘上有多个 vinum 驱动器）不受支持，但总体上向后兼容。请注意，对于支持 [geom(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=geom\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 的 vinum，应使用其新的用户态控制程序 `gvinum`，但它尚未功能完整。

（2004 年 10 月 31 日）当 `debug.mpsafenet` 设置为 `1`（默认值）时，SMP 系统上 `netstat -m` 的结果可能不正确。这是由于计数器中的竞态条件导致的统计信息收集错误，而非实际的内存泄漏。

（2004 年 10 月 31 日，2004 年 11 月 5 日更新）对于 FreeBSD/i386 和 FreeBSD/amd64，使用 USB 键盘安装 FreeBSD 5.3 时，一旦内核引导，键盘将停止工作，因为系统总是认为已连接 PS/2 键盘。作为变通方案，在引导加载程序菜单中选择“Escape to loader prompt”，并在提示符处输入以下行：

（2004 年 11 月 1 日）与 libpthread 链接的程序可能无法根据 [top(1)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=top\&sektion=1\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable) 报告任何 CPU 使用统计信息，而与 libthr 链接的程序则显示正确的统计信息。

（2004 年 11 月 1 日）CMD649 和 SiI0680 ATA 控制器的 ATA RAID 支持在此版本中无法正常工作。当此类控制器在 5.3 上由 [ata(4)](http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=ata\&sektion=4\&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable)（ataraid）启动时，存储在 5.2 或更早版本下的 RAID 配置可能被损坏。
