# VOP\_FSYNC.9

`VOP_FDATASYNC` — 刷新文件的文件系统缓冲区

`VOP_FDATASYNC`, `VOP_FSYNC`

```c
#include <sys/param.h>
#include <sys/vnode.h>
int
VOP_FDATASYNC(struct vnode *vp, struct thread *td)
int
VOP_FSYNC(struct vnode *vp, int waitfor, struct thread *td)
```

`VOP_FSYNC` 用于实现 [sync(2)](https://github.com/FreeBSD-Ask/freebsd-man-sc/tree/main/man2/sync.2.md) 和 [fsync(2)](https://github.com/FreeBSD-Ask/freebsd-man-sc/tree/main/man2/fsync.2.md) 系统调用。

**`MNT_WAIT`** 同步等待 I/O 完成。

`VOP_FDATASYNC` 应始终等待 I/O 完成，就像以 `MNT_WAIT` 调用一样。`VOP_FDATASYNC` 用于实现 [fdatasync(2)](https://github.com/FreeBSD-Ask/freebsd-man-sc/tree/main/man2/fdatasync.2.md)。

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://book.bsdcn.org/man/man9/vop_fsync.9.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
