# umct.4

`umct`

> device usb device ucom device umct

```sh
umct_load="YES"
```

此驱动下对设备的访问通过 [ucom(4)](/man/man4/ucom.4.md) 框架和设备节点进行。

* Belkin F5U109
* Belkin F5U409
* D-Link DU-H3SP USB BAY 集线器
* Magic Control Technology USB-232
* Sitecom USB-232

它大致基于 Alexander Kabaev <kan@FreeBSD.org> 编写的 [ubsa(4)](/man/man4/ubsa.4.md) 驱动，文档由 Wolfgang Grandeggar <wolfgang@cec.ch> 提供。

`umct` 驱动由 Scott Long <scottl@FreeBSD.org> 编写。

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://book.bsdcn.org/man/man4/umct.4.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
