# 7.5.主机名

主机名表示网络中主机的完全限定域名（FQDN）。

> 如果主机未设置主机名，FreeBSD 会将自己称为“Amnesiac”。

## 7.5.1. 检查当前主机名

可以使用 [hostname(1)](https://man.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=hostname\&sektion=1\&format=html) 来检查当前主机名：

```sh
$ hostname
```

输出应类似于以下内容：

```sh
freebsdhostname.example.com
```

## 7.5.2. 更改主机名

要更改主机名并使其在重启后保持，执行以下命令：

# sysrc hostname="freebsdhostname.example.com"
